I'd just like to say that I have no problem with any restaurant, chinese or otherwise serving cat. As long as they call it cat. You know, Moo Goo Cat Pan, or Mu Shu Cat. What I have a problem with is any restaurant, chinese or otherwise that serves cat and tells me it's chicken. *nod*

* 1020 g ground beef
* 140 g uncooked long-grain white rice
* 1 egg, beaten
* 2 (26 ounce) can tomato sauce
* 755 ml water


DIRECTIONS

1. In a large bowl, combine the beef, rice and egg beat. Mix well with hands, making mixture into medium sized meatballs. Set aside.
2. Pour sauce into a large saucepan. Heat to simmering over medium heat.
3. Lower heat to low, drop meatballs into sauce and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.
