For those who are and are not NFL/American football fans Brett Favre is one of the greatest quaterbacks to ever play the game of professional American football. I caught a glimpse of Steve Young late in his career and I vaguely remember Troy Aikman. But Favre was the only great QB I watched from his shortlived days in Atlanta to his amazing career in Green Bay. Thanks for the memories Brett.

Did he ever get a Super Bowl win?

We all knew this day would come...doesn't make it any easier though.:(

I say goodbye to one of the best, a true icon of the NFL.

1997, actually. It was Super Bowl XXXI.

Celebration time in Chicago. I'm just glad Aaron Rogers sucks! GO BEARS!

I will grant that Favre was one of the greats. I am happy to see him retire. That is the greatest compliment he can get when Bear fans are glad we don't have to face him.
