I hate the Three Stooges. I mean what is the point of them?

LG on the other hand is intelligent and witty.

They appealed to their audience. They were intelligent and witty enough to know what entertainment niche needed filling and to fill it. And well. They made a lot of films and a lot of money.

NSG is my audience and I fill my niche well too. :)

But can you dance like Curly? :p I can do his backward one-legged hop, but that's the only one.

Curly for the dance moves. Sorry LG, but your niche is theoretically fillable. We'll just have to find another taco and pie distributor.

I think it's safe to say that Curly is mankind's favourite Stooge. I would say that Shemp, on the other hand, is the worst.

On a related note, I surprised no-one's tried to be clever and put 'George Bush' yet and wonder how long it will take before someone does.

George Bush can't be a Stooge, Stooges doesn't have puppet strings and their bumbling antics usually doesn't embarrasses the nation.

Curly Jo(e) gets my vote as worst. But I always liked Larry. He played the straightman (well, straighter anyway) to Moe and Curly's hot-dogging. And the few scenes that featured him were superb.

Indeed you do. :)

I'll point out, as a strictly amateur history buff, with a bit of interest in theatrical history, the Three Stooges were part of an important in bridging of Vaudville and film...

I've always found the 3 Stooges to be stupid & unfunny. They've just never made me laugh.
