Why can't he bring NS2 into existance so quickly then?
In the beginning, when Max Barry purchased the domain and reserved the website, Nationstates was a formless wasteland, and Grey was the only color visible. Then Max Barry said 'Let there be website', and there was a website, complete with the first of the features and ads, and introduced the colors. Max saw how sweet the site looked. Max then combined the first 4 colors and created all the colors. He called the Grey color "colorless" and the other colors "colored". Thus, the colors and website were done, and Max sat back in his Laz-E Boy eating Chips, Spicy Nacho flavored. Max Thought how good it was. - The first 5 minutes.
Then, he said "Let there be regions of nations, to separate one's thoughts from another's." And so it happened: Max created regions of nations, and it separated one's thoughts from another's." Max called the largest regions "Feeders", and the others "Un-Feeders". Max saw how good it was. - The second 5 minutes.
Then, Max said "Let the Regions be brought together under this website". And so it happened: Max called the Regions, awesomely enough, Regions, and the groups of regions "alliances", and called the area in which they settled Nationstates. Then he said "Let there be sociality in Nationstates", and the Nationstates Forums were created. Max saw how good it was.- The third 5 minutes.
Then, he said "Let there be drama, to increase the tension of the game, and create a purpose for all Regions." And so it happened: Drama and war were created. Max saw how sweet it was. - The fourth 5 minutes.
Then Max said "Let there be authority to rule over this land". And so it happened: The mods were created, and prophets were sent down from Google searchers to join Nationstates and create the most famous of the regions. Max saw how sweet it looked. - The fifth 5 minutes.
Then, max said, "Let there be a group to oppress the world," And so it happened: The United Nations was Created to oppress the World and form it to its own Liberal Agenda. And so it was, Max saw how sweet it looked, and so it came to pass in nationstates.
Second Edition
1. In the beginning, the Creator fashioned Nationstates. From the imaginations formed within his mind, created he the world. And the world existed. And the Creator was pleased with his work.
2. And upon Nationstates the Creator fashioned Regions and infrastructure and improvements and great wonders. And the Creator was pleased with his work.
3. And it came to pass that the Creator conceived of events and foreign aid and trade agreements and wars and spies. And the Creator was pleased with his work.
4. And the Creator invited lesser beings to populate the world of NS; and the Creator called he them noobs, And the noobs came and built small nations and called the nations after their own ways. And the nations grew and multiplied and became many.
5. And it came to pass that some noobs lusted after what other noobs had brought about. And the noobs made war against each other and tried to take and destroy what other noobs had crafted. And the wars grew and multiplied and became many.
6. And it came to pass that in the lands of the world that the nations came together, and said let us unite and fight together that others will be sore afraid of us and we shall prosper. And the nations in the land of the world did come together and they called themselves the Feeder-Regions, And the Feeders did make other nations sore afraid and they did prosper.
7. And it came to pass that in the land of the Feeder-Regions that they, too, said let us unite and fight together that others will be sore afraid of us and we shall prosper. And the nations in the land of the Feeders did come together and they called themselves the Player Created regions, And the regions did make other nations sore afraid and they did prosper.
8. And the Rouge nations looked and beheld the nations of the Regions and saw that the nations in the land of Regions had become like unto them and it was not pleasing unto the Renegades. So the Renegades did make war upon the Regions and there was much slaughter in the land. And the Region-Crashers did cause the nations of the Regions to flee before them. Thus did end the first great wars upon the Regions.
9. And the Regions said this is not as it should be; And the Regions looked round about and saw in the lands about them nations unorganized, and they said unto them, come together in your own lands that you be not afraid and prosper and we shall protect you, and you shall protect us. And the nations in the lands unorganized came together to form the UN and were not afraid and did prosper as did grow the regions and they too prospered.
10. And the Raiders and Anti-UN's looked round about them and were not pleased and were sore afraid. And they did see other unorganized nations and said unto them, organize together and we shall protect you, and you shall protect us And other nations did come together and were not afraid and did prosper as did the Alliances and Regions.
11. And rumors did abound on NS. Yea, rumors of wars and threatening of wars did come from many nations in all the lands of NS. And the nations of the Regions said unto the newly organized nations, come with me and we shall oppose the nations of the others, and they shall flee before our might. And the Regions said to other newly organized nations, be not afraid. Come, stand united with us and share from our bounty and we shall all be long upon our Region, the Greatest.
12. And many the nations, in many the lands did come together in great anger; and thus it came to be that NS ran with the blood of many soldiers. And the nations which stood with the Regions did vanquish the nations which stood with the Raiders and Pirates. And the nations which stood with the Regions did rejoice exceedingly. And thus ended the Second Great Wars on Regions. And there was peace in the land for the space of many days.

Where's the rape, the incest, the murdering of brothers, the convincing of another city who raped your sister to convert to Christianity and circumcise and then when they're sore you and your brothers raid the city and kill all of the men when they can't fight back?
Um, sorry, but they were jewish back then. Hate to rain on your parade but Christ was born a little bit after Genesis. Thus they can't be Christians. And most Christians (where I come from) don't get circumcised. Or convert whole cities. Or indeed kill people. Not that I'm saying Jews do that either of couse. Or pretty much anyone in fact.
