If you have/had a laptop, do/would you take it to the bathroom while conquering the porcelain throne, and perhaps talk to friends on MSN or AIM, or even post on NSG? :p

If I had a lap top I probably wouldn't cause I'm not on the toilet long enough to bother with it. When I gotta go .. I go. I don't have to meditate (as my mom use to say hehe) or read to go.

Oh .. I continued talking many a time when going. Was a long time ago and with close friends or bf so it didn't matter anyway. Pretty sure I wouldn't now tho.. just cause it's unnecessary .... and/or stupid. :p

Takes maybe a couple minutes or 3. I've never really timed it..but I know it's faster than most people. I'm relaxed usually at the time anyway. If I'm not ... there is no going anyhow. #2 ofcourse.
Not always .. but it's been a while. I know I'd tell em sometimes. With peeing tho.. well you can hear that unless you mute. But hell they'd do that same to me.. so no big deal lol.

sure why not. Mind you i draw the line at answering the phone in the toilet, i'd never do that to anyone.(although in the past i've pissed off my friends by doing so.hehehe)
I'm sure it's not good for hygeine, but having said that i usually take a book with me (no not that sort, i know what you're thinking).

Yes. Yes I do. I even have a table set up in the ensuite just for my laptop. My girlfriend started leaving her makeup bag on the table, so now I have to move it all if I want to surf and shit.
Than she figured out why the table was there (after finding her makeup bag on the floor a couple times), and I think she thought I was a little odd. I don't think she surfs and shits, even though I can't see why not, it's just like reading a book.

As for books, usually humorous paperbacks... Like Jennifer Government, The Zombie Survival Guide, The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, etc. Magazines are good too.

I use my smartphone for that. Laptops are too unwieldy to take into the bathroom ;)
