It was reported yesterday that the Clinton campaign spent $1,300 on donuts last month. Maybe the speechwriters were hyperglycemic when they came up with that one.
Considering the size of the campaign that actually doesn't seem like that much money. For a 5-8 person documentary crew I was dropping $50-70 a day on pastries and coffee.

I agree with much of that article. I think she had way more highlights than they credit her for, but that bit was just painful. She already comes across as a bit harsh and she tries to pull a move like that? Bush couldn't have pulled that off and his speech style is gentle in comparison to her.

Frankly, it demonstrates exactly the kind of decision-making her campaign has exhibited in the past month. She went from what I thought was a decent campaign to basically going a bit scorched earth. She has potential to come in another season, but she's doing a lot of damage to her credibility this time around.

Absent Obama, I'd be rooting for her. I would. But, damn, she just keeps making it more difficult to do that in the future. I get the impression if she'd just lay down the election veil and just talk, that she'd be MUCH more pleasant to hear speak and much easier to support. I want to see Obama win, but I liked the competition. It was energizing. This isn't what we saw a month ago and I, for one, miss the better times for the Clinton campaign.

Hillary is in the pockets of the pharmaceutical companies now!

have you seen sicko? she accepted donations (bribes) to support the last (un)'health' bill... from the very pharmaceutical companies that she proposed to tame:(

It seems Hillary will say and do anything to win democrat votes... turning on the water works... digging up tenuous dirt on Obama... anything to continue the 'Clinton' dynasty.

Unfortunately if Obama runs against Mc Kain then you americans would rather vote for a white male tyrant rather than a black male moderate.

After 8 years of iron rule from the Republicans, disasterous foreign policy, economic mistakes, and non-existant civil rights.... don't you think its time to take a chill pill and do some good in the world?!?!?

Proof that this post can be ignored, his entire store of knowledge on the subject comes from Michael Moore.

Although you insist it on ideas that you disagree with Senator Clinton and Senator Obama, you rather distinctly failed to reveal any such policy disputes. No list of issues, no argument, no nothing. If you wish us to take your opinion seriously, provide some substance and not just a bunch of smilies.

Hilliary is a bitch. If we gave her the power to conduct out country we might as well kill our selves. So far Obama looks to be the one that makes the more sense. Sure Hilliary was a bitch in the white house but we need to forget about her past and look at what she opposes for. I think this country would be far worster than it is now.

Who in their right mine would vote for such idiotic women. I mean it'd be nice to have a women president, but hilliary is just not the kind we need.

So, other than sexist deragatory labels, do you have any thing to say? What exactly are the Clinton policy positions to which you object/
