Mine is Mexican marigold. It is a wonderful specimen to draw, paint or simply keep about the house.

The Flower of Freedom, as it requires sweat, care and attention, but the end result is one that can benefit all people's.

I do like wildflowers of all kinds, but I love searching for wild prairie roses. (They're the state flower, so all you can do is look, but still ...)

I like the anemone, but those exotic flowers that smell awful are pretty great too. :p

:p is all I can say. The fire hydrant in front of our house is shorter than the snow piled up against it. There's more snow piled up in the Meijer parking lot than parking spaces. I can't get to school, because blowing snow is making Apple a gigantic whiteout. And there's more on the way. :(

I like irises, and serissa flowers, and crocuses. Which I won't be seeing until June if nature has her way about it.

Although i know some people who went they only went to Berlin, and not for long either.

Blasphemy! :p Oh, I love them mainly for childhood reminiscence. Having not watched any for about 10 years, I've recently watched quite a few and really enjoyed them. I've never tried to critically analyse them, but I think they're great fun, and that's all I care about :)

The daffodils. In our part of the country they are called by both names...and even some people call them yellow daisies :rolleyes:. My grandmother called her's buttercups though they are actually daffodils as you point out.

It's nice, albeit the weather is screwed up in recent years, it's very green when compared to other landscapes, we have pretty much everything that other western countries also have (couldn't really think of an example we don't have), our infrastructure is great, yes, we recycle a lot, especially since we noticed that there are lots of raw materials in trash to turn into big bucks, and I haven't been to Berlin since 1998, so I'm certain a lot has changed in the meantime.

Yeah same here with the weather thing, it's got pretty warm recently.

Okay, jasmine. Because it smells as beautiful as roses, and is much easier to care for. Plant it, train it up a trellis, keep it watered and look forward to a wave of fragrance every spring. :D
