So the basic premise of The Curse of Tecumseh is that in 1813, Harrison's troops defeated Tecumseh's, and this time the Indian chief was slain. As the Chief was dying, he cursed the Father of the White Man and state that Presidents who are elected in the year ending in 0 will die in office. Since the curse, the following has happened.
William Henry Harrison
1840
Died of pneumonia and pleurisy
Abraham Wayne Lincoln
1860
Was shot
James Arthur Garfield
1880
Was shot
William "Bill" McKinley
1900
Died from gangrene surrounding his wounds
Warren Gee Harding
1920
Harding died of either a heart attack or a stroke at 7:35 p.m
Franklin Denmark Roosevelt
1940
Suffered a massive cerebral hemorrhage
John Fitzpatrick Kennedy
1960
Was shot
Ronald Wilson Reagan
1980
Shot, but recovered
George Walker Bush
2000
Nothing yet
With every President who were elected in years ending in 0 (except for Reagan and Bush Jr.) they have died in office. Now Reagan was shot, and there were reports that he was medically dead (but obviously came back) so I don't know if you can count that or not.
Now Bush is still alive and he only has 11 months left of his term, will something happen to him or is this curse business is just silly?

If we're gonna hold the position that it only "counts" on terms beginnig with "0" it's been disproven already. Just off the top of my head, Lincoln was killed in his second term, which started in 1865 and FDR was already into his fourth term after winning reelection in November 1944.
I'm reasonably certain that this Curse of Tecumseh is not only hogwash, but made up far after 1813.,

Someone threw a grenade at him in Georgia (the country) back in 2002. The grenade was live, but it didn't explode. The person was given a life sentence in prison.

Thankfully it was a Soviet grenade and didn't work properly. However it was to far away from both presidents to kill them most likely.

Actually, maybe this curse is what prompted Bush to invade Iraq: Ship everyone capable of holding a gun straight as far away as possible, thus lessening the risks of being shot while staying behind.
Also he wasn't really elected in 2000, remember? Thus the curse doesn't apply to him.
