Hi NSG. I'm looking for a good program which will allow me to design a military uniform, as I'm working on an internet project involving those uniforms at the moment.

Well, either plow through the listings (one of the top ones says it has a free trial) or try checking through freeware sites like Freeware Home (http://www.freewarehome.com/)
