Communism
Why do millions of people in the U.S support the principles of the Communist Manifesto rather than the Constitution.
Why shouldn't they?
Why do millions of people in the U.S support the principles of the Communist Manifesto rather than the Constitution.
Because they're mentally deficient?
or
They actually think that it will lead to a utopian society, which the U.S. constitution has certainly failed to do.
Why do millions of posters get riled up by painfully obvious trolls?
Why not? I've got nothing better to do right now (other take a shower and go to bed).

Viva la Revolucion!
You need to follow a revolutionary ethic, making an existentialist leap of faith, allowing for the destruction of the bourgeous state. Anything else only insulates the bourgeous state, preventing the creation of a true utopian society.
But anyways, why shouldn't we support the Communist Manifesto?

Why do millions of people in the U.S support the principles of the Communist Manifesto rather than the Constitution.
Because people like myself, Soheran and Free Soviets are ebil. To the core. We are utterly consumed and blackened by our evil. This is manifested in our love of freedom and civil liberties, our strong sense of compassion to our fellow man, our unwillingness to compromise on ethics out of political expediency, our dislike of oppression, and above all our tolerance of homosexuals.
I wonder if the OP has even read the Manifesto....

The CPUSA is completely revisionist, and useless. 'Reflections on Socialism' is a work of utter rubbish. Sam Webb is as useless as the CPUSA.
In all honesty I would not be surprised if they have already been infiltrated by the FBI. The CPUSA's program is aimed at getting Democrats elected rather than having a proletarian revolution.
The CPUSA is a dieing party, and with good reason. The PLP and RCP are the only proper revolutionary organizations in America these days.
Anyways, end of rant.

Quick! Have him start reading Hegel so that he can grow out a nice Hegelian beard!

I am much more worried about the millions of Americans that watch Jerry Springer and think pro-rassling is a real sport.
I wish millions of people supported the Communist Manifesto. The sheer trolling potential in 1991 would've been priceless.

Do you know anything about either other than their official dogma?
Edit: Actually, do you even know that? The Progressive Labor Party has actually departed quite significantly from certain portions of Marxist-Leninist thought. It would not be unreasonable to call them "ultra-leftist."

Regardless of the fact that the OP is entirely wrong in his assertion that there are millions of Americans who support the writings of Marx (there decidedly aren't, the US has never hard a strong interest in the pseudoscientific theories of Marx), it remains that the Communist Manifesto and Das Kapital are based in a questionable use of the term science, questionable views of history, and even more questionable views of economics and the origins of value. Assumptions that there are absolutes about history, and that human nature is as malleable as he claims forces us to wonder about the validity of his work.
Thus, I can personally give someone who adheres to a non-Marxist Communist/Socialist/Anarchist ideology far more credit than I can someone who adheres to one of the (seemingly) endless variations on this original theme. Marxism requires a leap of faith that, I, for one, cannot make.
