So what are your thoughts? I think it's a pretty good thing, but I'm surprised those measures weren't there before. Earlier this year my band teacher was asked to resign because he had sexual contact with a senior. does anyone here have any experience with abusive teachers or teachers who had sexual/romantic contact with their students? If so what do you think?

I meant no one in power found out. One of the students told a few of her friends, thats me.

Depends. If the students are very young, they should be marked as sex offenders. But I don't think teachers who try to start relationships with older students should be prosecuted. Fired, yes, as it creates a very bad position, but I think they should have the option continuing the relationship if the teacher finds a different job.

And Debra LaFayve? Please. That 14 year old boy is the luckiest kid on Earth. He isn't a fucking victim. You know how happy I'd have been to shove my dick in a hot blonde teacher's mouth when I was 14?

No good. I work at an elementary school now, my kids counter any Gaijin Smash with the "Kawaii as a million puppies and kittens" look which instantly negates the anger needed for Gaijin Smash.

One teacher made me keep running while I was having an asthma attack. The next day she said "you should have told me you had asthma!" Like I should tell you anything when I'm in the middle of having a fucking asthma attack moron.

I don't have a problem with it, as long as it's not coerced, the students are of legal age, and there is no effect on the grading.
