Well, conquest seems kinda hollow when you're not allowed to make your own laws.
whatever they call the guards at the vatican. because there not at war with anybody. same goes for any peaceful island nation, if there still are such things.
maybe like the gulligan's island air force or something?

Belgium is invovled in a number of NATO and EU depolyments and was somewhat infamous for it's human-rights abuses by troops in Africa during the 90s. So by the criteria you're giving, I wouldn't really include it.

I put china by the way, cuz they have almost eight times the population of
the US and they're communist, they have no respect for freedom or liberty.
As if ANY military (even the "democracy and liberty establishing and protecting" army of USA or UK) cared about liberty of their new toys or laboratory rats or eternal prisoners of war.

if it numbers in millions, then why not send those millions to work in afganistan, instead of begging NATO allies to do it ?
Why must we (as I am a member of NATO country) always go and try to clean results of aggresive actions of USA (Kosovo, Iraq, Afganistan) and we also have to give economical and logistical support to USA and defeated countries and only USA and UK benefit from it because they get petrol or whatever resources are there ? When we have to destroy governments because they oppose us then we should all take money. Do not worry, even the "high and mighty" European governments are NOT opposed to their fair share of (little bloody) cash.

There is no definition given by the OP, is it just me or do vague threads about what is good or bad have more responses than a detailed thread which explains all you need to know?
The OP works on the assumption that the US forces are the best, maybe he's changed his mind now but that's what the title implies.

Nah, just kidding, the only thing the Swedish military is good for is cutting it's budget every single time the politicians need more money somewhere else without taking it from something too many voters care about.
I have a feeling China has the most powerful military, US comes second. In terms of quality it's Israel, based on the merit that Israel still exists.
The U.S.A has the most powerful military by far, they spend more than Britain, France, Germany, China, Russia, and the next top 6 combined
My pick is Russia then the UK. But thats just my opinion.:mp5::sniper:
