I wonder what was the verdict of the fellow they found they thought might have made it first? I remember reading about his body being discovered. Can't think of his name but he was going to climb and leave a photo of his wife on the summit. He and his partner disappeared.....

I'm watching an old interview with him on sky news right now. It wasn't just conquering Everest that made him a great man, but also all the work that he put back into the mountain communities in Nepal. The PM hasn't in anyway over exaggerated what this man has meant to this country.

That's it George Mallory. I remember they found his body but a camera was missing. They were considering a climb to see if they could find it as photo experts said if the camera is intact there is a high probability the film is good.

I had not heard they had found him. Yes, his film would be most interesting to see.
