That's probably the only reason I did as well as I did. I started with states bordering the ocean and then states like Texas or Michigan. The silly West came last, thankfully.

I messed up at one point because I didn't look at the name of the state I was supposed to be placing. It looked like South Dakota to me but it turned out to be Kansas.

94.11 (which seems to be a popular score) with a two mile margin of error in 295 seconds.

According to the game, I misplaced Missouri. I actively dispute this: the northern border of Missouri was, like, half a mile into Iowa at most. When I placed Rhode Island, I just tossed it into the general vicinity of Cape Cod and the game whisked it to the right place. I think you'd have to put Vermont, like, along the Columbia or something to screw up in New England.

Oh, I also misplaced Texas, but that's just because my subconscious was trying to will it into the Gulf.

I can do everything west of the Mississippi without thinking, you get to those little bits on the East coast and I am kinda :confused: but as soon as I get 2 or 3 in I remember where they all go.
