For some strange reason and due to a string of unfortunate events the legal battle of the ages is upon us and it results in the ACLU, WBC and Scientology wanting to sue the ever loving crap out of each other. Who would win this epic legal fight?

I dunno... while I would like to say everyone else...

I think all their lawyers will come out on top.

I think the ACLU has the most lawyers, but Scientology has the best paid ones, and the WBC are all lawyers so they'll work for free.

It'll turn into an epic street war which godzilla will enter and wipe all three groups out.

This is purely hypothetical.

The Westboro Baptist church picketed a Scientology funeral which one member accidentally found out it was a Scientology related murder, the Scientology church then tried to assasinate a few of them but it resulted in a bloody shoot out in which an atheist was shot. The Atheist lived and went to the ACLU to sue both the sects.

Is that good?

Is that good?

1) precident would seem against WBC in this matter, as they've lost for doing something similar

2) murder is a criminal act, not a civil one. The estate and family of the murdered victim might have a cause of action for wrongful death, loss of consortium etc, but this is not related to any of the other parties

3) if proveable, a cause of action for assault and battery is recoverable

4) the "atheist" would likewise be able to recover under similar principles

5) the ACLU wouldn't touch this, as it has nothing to do with their mission.
