Would you pay 1.1 mil. for a place that has the history of killing innocent dogs?
Me? No. Why? Not enough windows.
I'll bid USD $0.75! If Micheal Vick agrees to cover taxes for the first year.

If it will make me money I will, depends if the value will go up or down on the association.

If I had the money, I might. 15 acres, and what looks to be some woods? It looks like it'd be perfect for ATV riding.

Looks like a nice house with that damn crappy pool in the back. The guy couldn't afford an in ground pool?? Also the outbuildings remind me of the movie deliverance.

Well, the PLACE didn't kill the dogs, and the person responsible for killing them is in jail.
I wouldn't buy it because it looks, from that picture, kind of unattractive and in a terrible neighborhood, and in serious need of landscaping.
I am certain that it is not worth the asking price, but they are hoping that the notoriety will drive the price up. Hopefully it won't. Because if it does, Vick gets rewarded for bad behavior.

Nah. Having the garage at the front of the house doesn't work for me. And Ruffy's right, it could use more window space.

Nah, it doesn't look that good, Vick should've hired a landscaper.

They should turn it into an animal shelter complex and make Vick pay for it. Other non-human animal abusers can support the upkeep.

From Original Article:
...a 15-acre compound with five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, two fireplaces, cathedral ceilings...
Sounds to me like most of that $1.1 million is just the natural value of the house/land, though we would have to know exactly where the house was located to know for sure.

Well, if you could make a profit, and you can live with your conscience...I get the first bit, but not the last. Not unless you're implying people should be ashamed of themselves for that kind of over-indulgence, and I get the impression you're not.
