That's right ladies and gentlemen. For the first time in NFL history under its current system, the New England Patriots rattled off 16 straight regular season wins.

Congratulations on a Perfect Regular Season New England. Here's hoping you go all the way.

Here's hoping they don't become the 72 Dolphins.

Oh wait, they already have become giant pricks. Too late.

That's the thing about giant pricks - they win, and make everyone else VERY sore :D

I don't really follow football that much, but congrats to the Patriots. Of course, if the Patriots don't win the Super Bowl, a perfect regular season is pretty much moot.

Congrats Pats! Let's hope the Carolina Panthers have a better season next time!

That's quite the accomplishment. Maybe if the Eagles had had half the coaching that the Pats do, we could have made the playoffs. :headbang:

You'd need a quarterback who has heart though.

Not someone who gets "injured" every time you start to have a bad season. Only to get better if you make the playoffs anyway.

Why would Reid keep McNabb around if he faked injury so much? Trust me, I'm not McNabb's biggest fan, far from it- But I think the real issues with him are his tools. He's just NOT a West Coast offense QB- a huge arm with the ability to throw 70 yards in the air means next to nothing in Reid's offense, whereas the short, accurate throw does. Unfortunately, McNabb's skill set isn't very well suited for the offense he's stuck in right now. With the right receivers, yeah (see Owens, Terrell), but with the receivers he has now, there's no chance that they could make him work in this offense for any amount of time consistently.

But don't Eagles fans think it's a little odd that he's always injured when you start to have a losing season? It's like he wants an excuse and not to be blamed for his part in it. Then he's suddenly ready if you still make the playoffs? It's a bit suspicious.

Me too. Soooo much

And I think the patriots are only doing good because of a government conspiracy. Think about it! Who won the Super Bowl after 9-11? The Patriots. Who won the Super Bowl the year after we went into Iraq? The Patriots. Who is probably going to win this year, during a year in which the war on terror seems to be going badly? The Patriots! I think the government ensures the patriots win, for propaganda reasons.

Also, I just made all that bullshtuff up. :p

I'll bet you a groin kick that somewhere out there is a conspiracy wacko who honestly believes that. *nod*
