Isn't spelling Nazism silly?

So, your (not you're) debating a complex matter, and all that someone could have come up with was to point out a minor spelling mistake even if it was a homonym. Dont you think this makes them look stupid?

Yes, it's silly, unless it's a major error that might confuse the meaning.
Also, why not "you're?" That's the correct choice, after all. :p
Also (pt. 2), Nazism is a little strange. Should be Naziism to my mind, even if double-i is rare (unprecedented maybe?) in English. Although I've seen triple-t in German, and since "Nazi" is of German origin, I say that if they can have triple-t, we can have double-i. Fair is fair. ;)

Is this about the whole quiet/quite thing? Your tenuous command of the English language seems indicative of a general lack of smarts.

Naziism looks awesome too. Really, it is. Let's take a closer look at it:
Naziism
Looks pretty damn cool to me. Shit, they might have just found a new member, based solely on how awesome it looks.

Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei.

Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei.
Yeah. But the proper -ism is a question of English, rather than German considerations. They probably have some silly -ismus or -keit for it already. ;)

It's -ismus, IIRC. Pretty much all ideologies and systems use that ending.

Merriam-Webster offers both spellings, each with their own pronunciation.
Naziism (NAH-tsee-iz-um), four syllales, double I.
and
Nazism (NAH-tsih-zum), three syllables, solo I.
Same any way you go, says the dictionary.
I prefer the more pejorative term "fascist douche-nozzles", myself.
