Oh, the possibilities for post-mortem mischief this opens up.... :D

This solar cell, could it perhaps be used to also power a small camera and maybe a light?

I don't see why not. Typically, cemetaries are very open with few shadetrees, so tombstones get lots of light. If the tombstone were designed right, you could get enough solar panel on that thing to power quite a bit if it doesn't see a lot of use. Motion sensors, a processor and pattern recognition software along with a series of sound and visual effects can work wonders, I'd imagine. :)

I suspect it has probably already happened.

I was thinking something simple. The standard pictures of me being happy and what not randomly interspersed with 'live' video of me in my new wooden home. For a while nobody would be sure of the difference. Maybe it was just a picture of me asleep at some point. Then when they come around for my next anniversary they'll get quite a shock.

I want my tombstone to invite people over as they are walking by, lure them into a false sense of security with a joke or two and then scare the crap out of them. :)

I know what I want my tombstone to say.

Clouds say hi. Thieves say hi too.

You know that farside joke with the clown cemetery where all the graves are making jokes and spouting water at people?

That's what I imagine LG's grave to be like.

Only with mud.
