That's one of the least offence names I've been called :p

I know it's a generalisation, but it does sort of feel like its true a lot of the time. The government tends to ignore things which happen outside of the M25.

I'll see if I can re-establish Hwicce.

Yeah thats sorta true, the exception of course being those MP's in the Scottish Parliment!
