Express yourself clearly enough so people actually know what you're asking and won't just post snarky comments?

Huh? Are you looking for IRC or something? Chat threads are against the rules here.

If you want to talk to friends you can use telegrams or put all your friends in the same region and use the regional boards to chat away.

Though for that kind of behavior I have to think that there are a ton of better places on the net.

Also, you presumably have a full keyboard...dammit...

Well, there's always the Jolt Chat forum, if anyone wanted to use it. But yeah.

For most NSers, the in-game telegrams are the way to get in touch with friends.

I'd recommend using a chat program by MSN or Skype or Yahoo or AIM for that sort of thing. Gabbly is another option for on-forum chatting.

Yeah, but s/he was asking about "on forums", so I wouldn't think it's about telegrams. But who knows.

Is that what s/he was asking?

I didn't say it was *what* s/he was asking, just that it was what s/he talking about. I.e. what was written in the OP. Since s/he never came back (why do they do that? Why? Seriously, why??? Why would you post a question and then run off???) I have as much a way of knowing what s/he was asking as you.

Well, that depends, really. In words like "through" and "rough" and "ubiquitous", u can, and does, help quite a bit (words like "quite" as well -- q owes it's very utitlity to u...as does utility...).

Now, if that's not what you meant, I still say that u has a lot of ways to be helpful. As a raw element, u is naturally radioactive and is the source for many forms of beneficial radiation, such as that used to generate electricity. Unfortunately, it's also enriched to make weapons, so there's the downside of u.

In conclusion, coherency and actual words and sentences? They're you're friends.

I was asking because I thought maybe you were able to deciper the cryptic OP better than me. I don't get it either. Maybe s/he didn't want an answer?

Either way, plenty of answers were given, and hopefully one of them turns out to be helpful. Our job is done here.
