Her smile and her eyes. A beautiful face is more appealing than a wonderful body, though that doesn't hurt either.

In order:

Thin body (including small ass).
Beautiful eyes.
The rest of the face.
Long hair.
Preferably not very tall.

Although I don't require it (because it's relatively rare), by far the biggest turn-on for me is if a woman has black hair and light blue or green eyes. I can just stare at women like that for hours.

I look for women who are my height or a little shorter (I'm 5'4"), dark haired, and at least moderately intelligent. A nice smile is a plus; so is a moderately-sized rack.
But more importantly, I want a woman who is interesting to talk to and has her own opinions.

First of all: A personality that's compatible with my own and an intelligent mind. I really like girl's I can have good conversations with.

A very pretty face is a must. I can't go into any more detail than that, there are various female faces I would regard as pretty. It's very iffy.

Physically, proportion-wise... Hmm... Varies. I don't like flat chests, so I suppose between a C and a D for size. Rounded breasts are nice. A good, lean body build.

A lady who moves with fluidic grace, is lovely to behold.

Eyes, face, and personality first. She needs to come off as a loving, happy, and semi-confident person without seeming like she has an over-abundance of ego. The rest of the package is always a nice bonus (breasts, legs, butt, etc), but it's the personality that comes through in the eyes and face that matters most to me.

Surprisingly for me I don't know. I'm not very choosy for a guy.

The only objective standards of feminine beauty are the breasts (for making milk) and the hips (for having babies). Everything else is just a matter of personal taste. Oh, and not being obese or anorexic. That is also æsthetically pleasing.

Depends on the woman. Generally, however, I tend to be drawn to the waist-hip curve, eyes, and cheekbones.

Most to least important:
A well formed ass(best way I could describe it since I like almost any size if it has a nice shape), waist to hips ratio lower than 1 (the smaller the better, I like wide hips to a point...), nice boobs (anywhere from small to large as long as they're not lopsided), firm legs.

I find I don't notice many faults actually, I knew a girl for over a year before I found out one eye was smaller than the other (and considerably so). I still don't find her bad looking as its easy to overlook. This probably has resulted in my belief that around 50% of women are good looking. Or, I'm just not picky.

The line is hard to describe without me just labelling a 1000 girls "Too Skinny" or "Fine". Some basic signs are you can see every rib pretty clearly, you lose your cheeks (they go from concave up to concave down), your elbow is the thickest part of your arm. Odds are, there is someone who breaks all those guide lines, but I still wouldn't call them too skinny. They would be rare.

Indeed. Those pants really are not very flattering in most cases, and a lot of the women I've seen wear them just end up having to pull their pants up constantly.

Can sometimes tell a bit about someone's personality (only sometimes though) by what they wear. For instance, the fairly obvious:
