A pregnant woman is an indication that we are, as a species, still viable so those men who find pregnant women attractive are responding on an instinctive level to a visible signal of the success of the species. The reason: I dunno about anyone else, but for me, it's the knowledge that it's *my* baby she's carrying. I don't generally find myself any more or less attracted to pregnant women in general, but when one is pregnant with my child it heigtens the emotional satisfaction as well as an ego-boosting indicator of my own virility.
Just being honest.
But for guys in general who share the fetish and who like pregnant wo men generally, consider this factor: you don't have to worry about knocking her up!
