Huckabee + Norris =Greatest Presidential Campaign Commercial EVER?
Great campaign or greatest campaign?!
Someone should tell him Chuck Norris jokes are so 2005.

Is this the greatest Presidential Campaign Commercial EVER? Or has Mike Huckabee just committed his "Howard Dean" moment?

Good stuff! :p Gotta love it! :D
Good stuff! :p Gotta love it! :DThe ability to recite Chuck Norris jokes isn't something you should center a presidential campaign ad about, even if it's only a primary.

Presidential candidates are ALWAYS 6 years behind everyone else. ;)

This was one of the worse ads, though not as asinine as the Conservative attack ads.

I disagree whole heartedly with that assertion. Anyone who publicly accepts a campaign endorsement from Chuck Norris and DOESN'T make a few jokes about the matter doesn't have the right temperament to be president.

The commercial was not already posted, it just came out on YouTube very recently as the commercial was just released.

Treacherous lies. If you would look at the original topic http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=543515, you would see that it would link to Mike Huckabee's campaign blog http://www.mikehuckabee.com/index.cfm?FuseAction=Blogs.View&Blog_id=724 which would have the video uploaded from, gasp, YouTube!

I'm not a big fan of Chuck Norris jokes, but I am a devoted fan of his. A campaign commercial involving Mike Huckabee and Chuck Norris is awesome, even if it does feature a few "Chuck Norris facts." :)

I apologise then.
However, as for why I did not see this topic in that thread, how was I supposed to find this topic in that thread when it doesn't have the Huckabee name in it (title or content), nor the Morris name, nor Mike, nor Chuck in the title or content, just the word commercial in the content? It didn't come up on a search of threads for those names when I looked...
Exactly How was I supposed to see that thread was related to this topic?

Which didn't make any damn sense that that killed his campaign.
The fucking conservapundits crucified him for it and every fucking dipshit on both sides of the party line just went along with them. And that is why America is fucked.
Is this like all those geniuses who just discovered LEEEEEROY JENKINS or something? Because frankly, the only thing sadder than a person who still thinks Chuck Norris jokes are cool is a professional campaign staffer who thinks it's a good idea to run on a Chuck Norris platform.

Well, to be fair, I don't think you especially, or the vast majority of the regulars in this forum either, are their target audience for the Huckabee campaign... We'll have to wait and see, but Huckabee was/is doing 'okay' in Iowa before this commercial, we'lll have to wait and see if his one and only commercial helps or hurts.

Well, you click the topic title and read the OP. That'll do it. :p

Right -- "America is Dicked" is such an expressive title. It surely captures the whole Norris-Huckabee subject in a way that leaves very little doubt what will be contained in the OP.

Even when politicians are serious they seldom rise above the level of this commercial.
The Chuck Norris thing is old, but is not old to everyone. Some of the guys I work are relatively new to the whole thing.

Oh joy.
What concept will they come up next in the futile attempt of trying to get the younglings to pay attention? Leather jackets? NSYNC's comeback announcement?
PS: I don't recall any other candidate mentioning their disapproval of the IRS since before Ron Paul first mentioned it.

If by Norris you mean Chuck...
Yes!
Turns out it was Chuck Norris after all...
When he did that punch at the end I actually fell right out of my chair and now all I can think about is voting for Huckabee...
Must vote...Huckabee...
