The logic in that clip is not fascist, fascists want to create an all-emcompassing state which creates a conformist and coherent society, that's why diversity - whether it be religious, political, ethnic or anything is not tolerated. The logic in that clip seems more like 'Just do whatever you like with your life, just leave us in charge to run the country right', which seems more ultraconservative or bonapartist.
