The Ten MOST DANGEROUS Organizations in America– UPDATED
By: Nicole Belle on Thursday, October 25th, 2007 at 3:55 PM - PDT

Jane Hamsher found this little gem from FamilySecurityMatters.org.

What would you guess would be on the list? Blackwater? The KKK? The John Birch Society? Skinheads? Pfffft. Amateurs.

No, no, no…FSM takes “danger” to America very seriously: (click the link at your own peril, I’ve cited it here so you don’t have to)

10 ) Think Progress

9 ) Muslim Student Association

8 ) CodePINK

7 ) American Civil Liberties Union, National

6 ) Family Research Council

5 ) Center for American Progress

4 ) League of the South

3 ) MoveOn.org

2 ) Universities and Colleges

1 ) Media Matters for America

Um, “universities and colleges“??? Never mind the ridiculously transparent hatred for watchdog groups like Media Matters, they think that higher education is dangerous. Just definitive proof that being stupid and uneducated is valued among the authoritarian right. As much as this is mockable (and it is, make no mistake about it), it’s also so sad to think that the chasm between “right” and “left” (and I hate labels like that, the definitions are so ambiguous) look more and more unbridgeable.

UPDATED: MBH pointed out to me that it’s worth noting FSM’s advocating of George W. Bush as “President for Life”. The mind reels. That is, if they had a mind.

Frankly, I am surprised they only had one Muslim organization on there. I would have imagined CAIR being up there some where, for these type of fear mongers.

Sadly enough, I know of people in real life that actually believe this bullshiite.

Anyways, who would you pick as your countries most dangerous organizations/groups of people. For me it would look like so:

10)Liberals
9)Gays
8)Liberals
7)Abortionists
6)Gay liberals
5)Gay abortionists
4)Mickey Mouse Club
3)Mexicans immigrants
2)NSers

What's funny is that I can say the most dangerous organizations are any ones with Jews, Muslims or Non-Whites in them... that liberal political groups (of any kind), including all universities and colleges, are just breeding grounds for insurrection against the Homeland...

But what's sad is that there is 100% chance someone on this forum will actually agree with me when I do.

Wow, that is a pathetic list.

I would put the KKK, Neo-Nazis, NAMBLA, and the United States Government on the list. :D

I can kinda see League of the South, since they are a Nationalist Separatist group who wants to try to re-make the Southern Republic.

As I said, I know people IRL that think that way. Its confusing to me, because I believe in God. But I wonder, why would God make such stupid people?

I'd say the Church is pretty much the most dangerous organization in a democracy. When you take the possibility of tyranny of majority in any democracy, and then add in a potentially powerful group who don't have a great record for supporting the rights of minorities, I think there is a quite big risk of things rapidly turning to shit!

The above statement is not intended to refer to any North American nations. No, really :p

Eh, just fill the remaining slots with white supremacist organizations. Other groups may be dangerous, but they aren't plotting the slaughter of millions of Americans.

Et voila. I did a pre-test at Mensa. There is 95% chance that they will accept my membership.

And I'm dumber than dumb.

It says a lot about f*cking Mensa.

I did the test at:

But I assume that Americans can do an even easier pre-test at:

Reported on C&L about some group called FamilySecurityMatters.org

Frankly, I am surprised they only had one Muslim organization on there. I would have imagined CAIR being up there some where, for these type of fear mongers.

Sadly enough, I know of people in real life that actually believe this bullshiite.

Anyways, who would you pick as your countries most dangerous organizations/groups of people. For me it would look like so:

10)Liberals
9)Gays
8)Liberals
7)Abortionists
6)Gay liberals
5)Gay abortionists
4)Mickey Mouse Club
3)Mexicans immigrants
2)NSers
and for the number one spot....can i have a drum roll please????

-drum roll-

1) The Jews.

:rolleyes::p

I think it would be something more like:
10. The Carlisle Group
09.The Heritage Foundation
08. The American Center for Public Policy Research
07. TRMPAC
06. Project for a New American Century
05. American Enterprise Institute
04. The Manhattan Institute
03. The Melon-Scafe Family
02. The Bush Family
01. The Republican Party

Hey, some of those websites listed are very good, I think it ironic they are all mostly devoted to exposing the lies and deception of the mouth-frothing Fauxite conservanazi gang.

Actually, Hitler was a pagan/occultist.

No. He was a Christian. Yes, he had occult ideas, but they were in a Christian worldview. He wanted to find the Holy Grail. That's Christian/Occult, not pagan.

Yes, he liked Wagner, but that's like saying that Joss Whedon (creator of Buffy the Vampire Slayer) is a demonologist.

That's hardly ironic. It's exactly what one would expect.

However I did laugh when I saw that the number one most dangerous group was Media Matters. A group that does nothing more than record and play back what Conservatives say. Apparently, the most awful thing you can do to a conservative politician is let voters know what they are voting for.

I fail to see how any of these oganisations (execpt maybe PETA) are a threat to civilisation.

They are a threat in my view because I lean as far or farther right than the groups I mentioned lean to the left. The American nation ran fine until a bunch of leftist (i.e. pro-solcialists) groups began crying than everything this nation has done since its inception is wrong in one way or another. Everyone is intitled to their opinion, this right was guaranteed by the blood shed by our founders (one of my ancestors among them), but I am sick to death of the in-your-face approach they use. I don`t think the way they do, I`m not going to take up their causes and if one to were come to me in person and act like they do I`d be glad to show them how my foot would fit squarely in their ass. The drawback is as they become more radical in their views, I become more entrenched in mine. Someones got to give and its not me.
