Do you carve pumpkins for Halloween? Do you put up other Halloween decorations?
This year I have done three small pumpkins, one for each of my windows that faces the front of the building.
I lived in a sort of a commune for a few years and the place was this old, run down Victorian house with ten bedrooms and a turret. We had the BEST Halloween parties, and I loved decorating that place. My favorite was one year I hung a couple of ghosts in the center of the stairway and they were on a pulley that was attached up on the third floor. When one ghost sank down, the other floated up. I also made a paper maché dragon that was about 15 feet long, with the head, a loop and the tail on the second floor (in an empty bedroom) and a couple of loops hanging down from the ceiling on the first floor. Some dry ice in a pan of water and some clever lighting made the whole thing quite a lot of fun.
