incidents like this do happen any given Sunday.. or Saturday or weekdays..

The 2 differences makers here are

#1 video + audio .. allowing to prove its a racist assault.
#2 The person who handles the tapes decides -somehow- to make it public. Youtube/Media/the whole enchilada.

I believe inside prision, a Sexual Assault would give him a type of rep that might be seen as positive in there. but beating a woman? most men in there might not look as kindly on a woman beater as they would a sexual assaulter (of adults... children rapers are a whole lower form of scum.)

It reminds me about some old documentary (I dont remember the name) were they interview an accused Latin American officer, trained at Panama's school of the Americas (the school has been moved), they have accused him (in absentia) of several crimes including Torture and rape..

I didn't say that. I asked if grabbing her breast considered Sexual Assault when you also add it the fact that he was also kicking her in the head and generally assaulting her without the purpose of trying to rape her.
