That's impossible! My theory is that an asteroid blew up a tree, so then the tree sparked with other trees and then a fire occured. When the Park Rangers were coming to save the day, another asteroid came and blew them up, adding to the fire...

It is a horrible idea. The whole point of doing a terror attack is garnering attention to your cause. If no one knows you did it then people know nothing about your cause. In this case it would make you just another petty arsonist.

Besides that a wildfire in southern california around this time is an annual thing, it doesn't invoke terror in an appreciable amount.
