On devotion and following God's will...
Always and at all times. :)
No. You don't. You say you do, you pretend you do, you may even THINK you do, but you don't.
You see, the teachings of Jesus Christ were about tolerance, love, humility and helping one another. Yet here you are, spouting hatred of "heathens" and "liberals", claiming to know what God wishes, and cheering the notion of your fellow man being sent to Hell.
Now, to finish you off.
7th Flush!
If you were a Christian, you'd remember how true Christians know better than to persecute, to oppress and to hate.
If you were a Christian, you'd remember that Christians were also called "heathens" once.
If you were a Christian, you'd remember that God is supposed to LOVE His creation, not send other people to Hell for your sick pleasure.
If you were a Christian, you'd remember that God is NOT accountable to you, and that He is under no obligation of doing things like you think, or worse, wish, he does.
If you were a Christian, you'd remember that your neighbor is supposed to be loved, not called a heathen and wished hellfire upon.
If you were a Christian, you'd remember that true justice isn't based on your interpretation of "worshiping" God or not, rather, it's based on actions to help or hinder your fellow man.
If you were a Christian, you'd remember that and so many other things, about love, about hope, about fraternity and about friendship, things that you, not being a true Christian, do not remember. At all.
If.

It's not the first post per se, I'm continuing off the Swiss thread so I don't derail it. :D

No. You don't. You say you do, you pretend you do, you may even THINK you do, but you don't.What's un-Christian about being an RWA? (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Right_Wing_Authoritarianism)
Christianity is not a uniform belief system, it's a multitude of things, some of which are in direct opposition. The Teachings of Christ™ are pretty much the exact opposite of the teachings of the OT. The various disciple critters each had axes to grind and agendas to promote. The various Churches, even clergies within the various churches, also have their own agendas and their own axes to grind.
The only way to be a truly orthodox Christian (or Muslim or whatever the hell), is to have a rather severe case of Multiple Personality Disorder. Some types of Christianity are an RWA's wet dream. Others are all about Commie lovin', peace and anarchy. Hitler was Christian. As was Soeren Kierkegaard.

Heikoku, I can't believe the effort you're wasting on this obvious (and confirmed) puppet troll. Don't you realise that it is exactly your effort it wants?

1- I'm bored.
2- I enjoy showing off.
3- I enjoy creating new techniques, namely, the 7th Flush. Seven phrases beginning the same way. :D
4- Troll or not, some people ACTUALLY believe this kind of thing.
5- Even a satire troll will not go very far against me. Because, quite frankly, I just gave him/it the thrashing of a lifetime. There comes a point in which it's just too humiliating.

They will go as far as you take them, since it isn't what you or they write - it is that you write.
Snip.
The teachings of Christ, however, came all after the OT.
Would it be possible for me to have permission to use your argument against somebody I've recently met who said 'God hates abortion' , among other thigns, supposedly? It may be possible for me to present an argument this Friday for choice, you see, but I have yet to check.

So, my situation is thus:
I get myself the equivalent of a scratching post while other people enjoy my posts and compliment me on them.
Not a bad trade-off.

If you like making the pointlessness of posting here even more pointless, then I guess, by feeding trolls.

By all means.
IF you can without damage to your point, could you please quote it as mine? If not, it's okay, as I don't want your argument to be weakened.

I was going to reference the argument as yours anyway, so no problem, and thank you very much for letting me!
This person has actually started a union 'Pro-Life' group and is joining a protest outside Parliament against abortion. This, to me, imposing their will and beliefs on others, using their resources to control rather than help, and saying 'We'll have abortion banned in fifty years', is not Christian. His argument for it being banned, and this is no lie, was nothing more than: 'God hates abortion' (why don't you prove it?) and 'It's in the scriptures' .
I was going to reference the argument as yours anyway, so no problem, and thank you very much for letting me!
I have a big ego, so, trust me, no problem. :D

Point is, the insane asshole Christians aren't any less Christian than the nice, live-and-let-live ones. Shit, I wish they were. It'd make it lots easier to deal with the insane ones. Presumably the nice ones would feel better 'bout the whole thing too. I mean, assuming I cared about public perceptions of me and I was a Christian, I'm sure I'd do like American tourists.

Depends on your definition of Christian.
If you mean 'follows the teachings of Christ'... then, yes - "insane asshole Christians ARE 'less Christian' than the nice, live-and-let-live ones".
