Will this be now used by Turkey to send troops into northern Iraq to tackle the current 'Kurdish problem'? Could this also mean that Ankara may ask the US to withdraw its troops from Turkey?

we all wish (withdraw of US forces from Turkey).
The US has over 700 known/admitted bases and installations in over 130 different countries. according the Chalmers Johnson in his "Sorrows of Empire"

Turkey has been doing ethnic cleansing for years in its SE,
thanks to the US for arming this NATO country.
Nothing against Turks, its just their gov't has done a lot more ethnic cleansing of Kurds than Saddam Hussein has.
How does that make you feel Turkey?
us is complicit in 2 countries

Sssh! Don't advocate sensible ways of looking at this! You're supposed to be screaming about how war between the U.S. and Turkey is only a day away!

Ah, so you also feel that the topic isn't worth a thread? Since he's not being recalled permanently, and that would be a serious diplomatic slap-in-the-face? That this, in and by itself, is not a sign of changing policy neither from Turkey nor from the US? Good. Apparently, not everyone does, though. But I'm happy it is crystal clear to you.
