Ok, so I'm taking Chinese in school this year. It's pretty cool. BUT, for some strange and unforeseeable reason, I cannot for the life of me find a translator on the internet that will translate directly to Pinyin from English. Does something like this even exist? If so, could someone help me please?

I would be forever grateful. :p

I'm not familiar with Pinyin, and the wiki article on it for me was horrifically too long for me to read.

That might not be what you're looking for, but I'll keep looking.

That (www.mandarintools.com) is a good site, but also:

http://www.zhongwen.com/

and

http://www.chinese-tools.com/

The last one also has a mouse input character dictionary, so that you can draw characters you don't know the pinyin for, which is incredibly useful.

Thanks. (If y'all see this, that is.)
