A very special Election Day special...

Looking at this poll, you may say to yourself, "What is New Limacon thinking? Doesn't he realize that he allowed multiple choices? Senility must be catching up with him!" Firstly, I am not that old, and if you continue to use that irreverent tone with me I'll call your parents, you little twerp. Secondly, I allowed multiple choices on purpose. It is an example of approval voting (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Approval_voting), where you choose all the candidates you would be willing to have win the election. You can vote for as many or as few as you like. This way, people who prefer third-party candidates (in the US) need not worry about wasting their vote, and people who are unable to decide between two candidates don't have to. Please use it the way you would if you were actually voting, I'm interested in seeing how it turns out.

EDIT: I chose the Democratic primary because it is more than two but less than ten. I do not mean to ostracize any non-Americans here (you've had enough of that in real life).

I only find one to be a decent candidate. Too bad Gravel's policies/platform is so liberal; he's not electable material by American standards.

That's the nice thing about this system of voting. You can vote for Gravel, but you can also have a "safety" candidate. Unless, of course, you would be upset of anyone but Gravel won, in which case you can still just vote for him.
