There are too many people I miss to list. However, I find it hard to believe that Czar is so high in that list, especially considering the number of people who didn't like him much at all.

I miss all the spammers I met through How Do You Do It thread but fell out of contact with.

I miss Not Bad, and I actually think about him all the time because I use the blushing smilie he made especially for me on my MSN account, and naturally I think of him every time I use it, which is often.

I miss Minoriteeburg and Harlesburg, I barely ever talk to them anymore.

I miss TBD and FD. I still talk to them on occassion on MSN, but it's not the same as spamming with them. *shakes fist at real life*

There are plenty of others I miss. LG isn't gone, but since I mostly am, I miss him, cuz his posts always made me laugh.

Iakeokeo was kind of unlucky. Yes - he was kind of full-on, and he didn't just 'take it'. On the other hand, we've had people get away with much much MUCH more and get not so much as a slap on the wrist, while Iakeokeo got shut down.
