This is the claim that I'm seeing on YouTube.
Jena 6 defendant Robert Bailey's Myspace photos showing him with the 'cash' he has recieved as donations for his defense.
Bailey spent the cash on new clothes and BLING.
He bragged on his Mypsace that he hides his money in his bedroom.

Donations to a defense fund that is subsequently used for personal items or anything other than going toward defense could be a felony.
I've heard about this, but have not seen any official verification.

Well honestly, what do you expect of someone that was in a group beat down of someone? You think they are going to be outstanding citizens and do the right thing?

until you see his myspace page yourself id take it with a grain of salt.
you dont know where or when those photos were taken. you dont know where the bling and the cash came from.
sure it could be true but without some actual proof i wouldnt believe it.
