Those of you who grew up in the US during the 1990s will remember watching Nick Toons. What were your favorite shows on Nickelodeon?

I'd have to say Ren and Stimpy was my favorite. I think that show did some permanent brain damage to 6 year old me.

For non cartoon shows on Nick, I loved "Are you Afraid of the Dark." That show scared the crap out of me when I was young, but I still loved it.

Honorable mentions for Nick shows go to "All That," early "Rugrats," "Doug," and "Legends of the Hidden Temple."

Invader Zim, The Angry Beavers (Double entendreu?), Rocko's modern life (Camp lazlo sucks (maybe I'm just older)) and Clarissa explains it all (I had a thing for her, not anymore)

Never much liked Rocket Power, but it let me stay up later, so yay.

Hey, Dude!; Salute Your Shorts; Are You Afraid of the Dark?; Legends of the Hidden Temple (you can watch all the old Nick game shows on digital cable on some channel I forget which); Rugrats; KaBlam!; Aaahh! Real Monsters

Oh, and the Secret World of Alex Mack, You Can't Do That on Television and the old All That. The new All That is worse than new SNL and 90s MadTV.

And Kenan and Kel.

If I have to pick one, I pick Rocko, that was and still is a hilarious show.

The game show they had, family dare or whatever, always freaked me out, mom, dad, son, daughter, every freaking time......growing up with a single mom and being an only child, I felt so.....weird.

Rocko's Modern Life was fucking stupid. Probably lead to the creation of Cartoon Cartoons.

I had seen Big House Blues as part of Spike & Mike's Animation Festival so I was an instant Ren & Stimpy fan, though not as much after John K. left.
