What is going on in your world?

So the threat where we talk about the Care bare stares and PvP in MMORPG inspired me to learn about what's going on in people's favorite MMORPG. So what is going on in your MMORPG world? Anything interesting?
In the Matrix Online, war between Zion and Machine have restarted, it was started when Zion decided to move out of old Zion and build a new city that has better defense mechanism and is deeper in the earth and further away from machine city 01. Machines have been trying to get access to Zion's mainframe and one of the way they did that was through a blue pill program that Zion has awoken. However, Zion has countered that with a brand new red pill. The red pill was a failure though as both machines and Cypherites worked together to stop the new red pill from being mass produced.
While that is going on the Merovingian have been using his own army of sentinel to try to find his own power grid and pod system to take over, however he is finding something out that no one has expected, which could be related to how the machines really get their energy.
Recently though, the machines finally have access to Zion's mainframe through a virus that they uploaded in the Matrix. Thus the machines now have control of Zion, and as Agent Gray said in the last mission, "Zion is about to be destroyed." Exciting stuff! :D
So what's going on in your MMORPG?!

The only MMORPG (not even sure it counts) I play is Nexus War, which is amazing, by the way. I just got my first petmaster class, and my Nexus Champion (crazy hard to kill teleporting warrior dudes) has taken to standing at ferries and portals, watching as people desperately try and kill him...

My imagination itself is, alone, far more titillating than any online rpg ... other than this one ... i'm likely to encounter.
And giving it the time it needs is enough a chore when dealing with rl.

It might have done that for me, if I didn't already play a good one. (CoH).

heh, that remains to be the only MMORPG that can hold my interest for a decent length of time.
Anyway, last time I checked there wasn't too much going on, I just managed to get my warlock up to level 65 and I took her back to Hellfire Peninsula to try to finish up all the quests I never got around to earlier.
I'm also known as that crazy warlock that tries to tank.

MOORPGs? what are those?
Meh. Graphical games are inferior to my imagynashun. I play a game called a Armageddon, which is a -sort of- Dark-Sun MUD {Multi-User Dungeon}. Like a text-based tabletop RPG. Great fun. Awesome, enforced roleplaying in a brutally harsh desert world. Mmm.

Is Yahoo Backgammon an MMORPG?
If so, it's going pretty good. Lots of fun when I don't have the energy for chess, especially. :)
vanguard did a server merge, which has really helped the game since it was way too empty. THere were some changes about binding gear which has helped out tradeskillers. The new brotherhood system is solid. Brotherhoods are like a group, but xp between people in a brotherhood is all shared together, even if the people in a brotherhood are not in the same group or, for that matter, even online at the same time, which helps partners keep together lvl wise even if they have different amounts of playtimes.
Plus a major raid zone is coming soon which should be fun.

Cool, MxO had a server merge back when SoE took it over too. I think it went from 9 to three, Vector, Recursion and Syntax. I'm on Recursion.

Well, assuming that Nexus War does count, then my primary character has recently achieved Void Walkerdom and is helping her faction (Murder Inc) retake control of its original home from the Ragged Philanthropist invaders. My other two characters just grind badges and leech faction bonuses because I'm a lazy fuck and having two characters that do fascinating things takes too much thought and effort.

I tried DDO, and it wasn't bad, but I didn't like how the mission difficulty doesn't scale to the number of players in the party. I play COH/COV off and on, and enjoy teaming up with my roommate (especially when both of us play masterminds, because our masterminds are usually complimentary to each other).
I do miss pen and paper RPing though, and would drop MMOs in a heartbeat if I could find a good group.
