How long does your phone's battery last? My dad is always bitching that his Razr will die before dinner time, but it has been a week since I charged my Blackberry, and it is just under half charge.

How long does yours last?

My RAZR V3 lasts about a good week. At least that if not more.

My shitty cell phone of indeterminate origin can last for three or four days provided I don't use it for anything other than checking the time.
If I make a call it will be shot in less than 90 minutes, fortunately I've only needed to use the phone that much in a 24-hour period once. Unfortunately, I was in the middle of trying to arrange a plane flight and taxi pick-up and few dozen other things at the time it died. Fortunately (again) I got to the airport and a pay phone in time to pull all the pieces together.

I have the same thing with my RAZR but not quite so bad. I suspect it needs a new battery.

Mine is good unless I do something stupid like play MP3s or use the Bluetooth on it. :D
It can sit for week if I don't make or answer phone calls.

Mine should theoretically be able to last indefinitely, since my cell-phone is never on.

My Nokia brick phone used to be pretty good with the battery, with regular use I could get a couple of days out of it. Now it's pretty much random. Literally, it seems to cut out at random on me. And if I play backgammon, it's toast.

I got it two years ago, more than that actually. I don't have a contract, but right around when the contract would have been up if I had one it started that. Imagine.

Although I really do need to replace it. Nokia doesn't even make it anymore and doesn't make accessories that support it anymore either. I can't use 'universal' devices-look on those lists, it'll say 'everything but Nokia.' Nokia, Macs, my transitional model year Bus...I have a knack for picking things that don't play well with others...

Nokia 3595 with a Li-Ion battery. I honestly don't know how long the battery can last, because I immediately plug the phone in when ever I get the chance. It's been on for a least a month straight now, and still has 100% battery charge. :D

That and this phone is quite "old," so it lacks the camera and other nonsense that exists only to use up batteries.

Amen, brother-my Nokia makes and receives calls.

A...and plays backgammon...

Only game worth playing. Even if the "Difficult" skill level is roughly equivilant to playing a kitchen sponge. So I downloaded GNU Backgammon (http://www.gnubg.org/) and get my head handed back to me on a pike regularly. :D

Yes I know "this is a very bad play." That's because I suck...

Bah! I've never had compatibility problems where my OS was too new...and I long since lost my X11 disk...

Because, yeah-I totally own my phone on backgammon. A challenge would be nice.
