When are we going to call the Iraq War what it really is?

That is, the fabled "g" word."

Genocide. (http://www.lewrockwell.com/rockwell/none-dare-call-genocide.html)

Opinion Research Business, a respected, credible U.K.-based polling firm, estimates that the number of Iraqis dead exceeds 1.2 million. Add to that the 500,000+ killed by U.S.-U.N. sanctions in the 1990s, and we have upwards of 1.7 million dead Iraqis. True, many were not killed by the U.S., but by insurgents and terrorists, but this insurgency and those terrorist incidents would never have happened had we not invaded. Of course, this is merely stating the obvious, but it's a fact lost upon the warhawks who keep up their blind sycophany.

It's time we swallow our pride, suck it in, and admit that what is happening is nothing short of the "g" word: Genocide.
