I don't use my username(or remember:headbang: 'cause it never asks) but I'd say 5-20.Over the last year.Never on serious articles like George Washington but on movies and TV shows like the Simpsons and Die Hard.And it was always only a line or two.

To find out there is this website (http://tools.wikimedia.de/~interiot/cgi-bin/Tool1/wannabe_kate) where you just need to put in your username, or if you don't have a username, your IP address.

lol. You apparently don't know how easy it is to get somebody's IP.
EDIT: The reason you use your IP if you don't have an actual username is because Wikipedia automatically assigns anonymous editors a username which is their IP address.

None, on this IP. Occasionally (when my IP switches) I've recieved messages from Wikipedia saying that "my" IP has been banned, for whatever reason.

I did, but there are no edits under my current IP. The IP where I am now is always changing, and I've edited from other locations as well.

I only have one, and that was to add a line in an entry on a web-comic that I like. I don't know if the wiki page is still valid though, as I seem to remember something about it under review for removal.
