Environmental Determinism vs. Possibilism

I have to write an essay about Environmental Determinism vs. Possibilism tomorrow for one of my classes and I was curious if anyone had some information they could share with me. Doesn't only have to be general stuff. Specific stuff, such as names, can be very useful as well.

Tut tut tut.
Do your own homework. Your degree will be all the better for it.

University or High School, doesn’t matter; you should do your own research.
Once you’ve gained some knowledge on the subject, formed your own opinions, then it’d be a great idea to discuss your ideas here on NS:G or elsewhere; determinism, environmental or not, is a great subject to discuss. But merely asking strangers to do all the work for you is a bit rich.

I have done my own research, but I was curious if anyone had more information that they could provide me with if they, for example, read an article or book on either of those subjects recently. I am not expecting people to do research for me.

Apologies if I’m being overtly prickly, but plagiarisms no fun.
How about you state your take on environmental determinism now you’ve done some research? Do you agree we are simply products of our environment, that society plays no part in our behaviour?
If you had asked about the subject without stating that it was for homework/classwork, you probably would have gotten away with it. But now, this thread is destined for lock-dom. :(
You've learned your lesson though, now be on your way.

Once this thread is locked rewrite this in a debate type format (even if your not 100% sure, play devils advocat and maybe get some idea of different points of view) and you might have a good 4-7 page topic.
