So, I might have mentioned this once a while back, but this is something hotly debated in my city. I am pretty much neutral on the issue, because I only know the basics of what it is. So my question to all you intellectual people out there, how do you feel about TIF districts? Are they good/bad? Do they work? Please convince me either way, because I hate being neutral on issues.
