I wouldn't get to excited buddy. they're only up by two scores with a little more than a quarter to go. I'm disappointed that I even know that, it just happens to be on in background.

I really have no idea how you score points, or how many you get for doing whatever, but I do know they're winning by 14 points!

I refuse to vote in the poll because Penn State is NOT awesome. I respect Joe Pa, but Purdue is far superior.

Just wait until Monday Night. I can't wait to see my Ravens shut down Cincinnati's offense (nobody runs on the Ravens and 'Nati only has 2 viable receiving threats due to the Chris Henry suspension, so the Ravens' secondary, best in the NFL, will shut them down easily; RB Rudi Johnson doesn't catch passes and TE Reggie Kelly is probably the worst starting TE in the league).
Then the Ravens can bring out their offense. They've got their best recieving corps in team history (WRs Clayton and Williams are budding superstars, Heap is one of the best TEs in the league, backup TE Wilcox could start for half the league, and veteran WR Mason can still catch the ball), their best QB ever (McNair is definitely better than the likes of Kyle Boller or Tony Banks), and their best RB in years (Jamal Lewis nearly broke the rushing yards record 4 years ago, but has been clearly washed up the last 3 years, so McGahee is a massive upgrade). Also watch out for their kick returners. Either Sams or Figurs can take a kick in for a score (Sams is elusive and Figurs has elite speed).
While 60% of the country believes the Bengals will win (well, the Ravens are the Forgotten Team, in large part because so many people hate them for winning the Super Bowl in 2000), but I think they're in for a rude awakening. Come the end of the season, the Ravens may be the AFC team in Super Bowl XLII blowing out whichever hapless team wins the Non-Football Conference (NFC) this year (whomever wins the NFC will almost certainly become the 9th NFC team to lose in 11 years because that conference is a joke). In the AFC, the Ravens are the dark horse because the media spends all their time promoting New England, San Diego, and Indy (the other defending division champs), teams whom the Ravens ironically get back-to-back-to-back late in the season.
After Cincinnati, the Ravens get the Jets, Rams, 49ers, Cardinals, Browns, and Bills, so they'll be 7-0 (provided they win this week) going into their next Monday night game against Pittsburgh in Week 9 (and they've beat Pittsburgh 3 straight, including wins by the score of 27-0 and 31-7 last season).

Do not underestimate Mangenious and the Jets who were 10-6 last year... Also, if anyone should know how quickly a team's fortunes can turn... well, it should be any teams fan. Any of those teams you listed could easily be an actual dark horse, and upset the Ravens. Don't write off NFL teams that easily. Although the Ravens are good and I wouldn't be surprised if they made it to the AFC Championship. Unlucky to run into the Colts last time in the playoffs.
More on topic, Go Rutgers!

Yeah... I'm a Bears Fan. Meaning the ones from California, not Chicago. And I've been a Bears fan since I knew what football was (early 90's). Until the last couple years, to be a Bears fan... you had to be very used to losing. Many of my childhood memories include going to Memorial Stadium to watch the Bears lose, in the company of about 20,000 other people.

Yeah, they said that when I toured the campus. I'm going to do the honors program with the 5-year program for a BA in Chemistry and MS in Chemical Engineering. I'm planning to live on campus, probably in the building that's only for honors students.
