I know, I'm culturally deprived.

I'm pretty sure it's a reboot of the series, so yeah, it's worth it, if you like slasher films.

"Worth" is a funny thing ....

Is it worth staying on acid to watch it and writing it off later to the drugs in your own experience, or even more worth it to spike your friends' pork rinds and go sober while suggesting things to them and freaking out on them every time a tense moment arises, knowing it's a once in a lifetime opportunity?

It's a remake of the original, not a continuation of the series.

I liked the first half, but the second half I thought was rushed. I would see the 1978 version first and then go see the re-make.

I refuse to see any remakes of John Carpenter's movies.

I refuse to see any remakes of John Carpenter's movies.

I think the re-make of Halloween would've been better if Michael Bay made it, I loved his re-make of The Amityville Horror and The Texas Chainsaw Massacre.

why? I didn't see the origninal... and I am not going to see the remake.

I'm just not a fan of Gory Movies.
