I can dislocate my knee......well, it's more of a nuisance than anything, but I do it often!

I can solve a Rubik's cube but it takes me about 2 1/2 minutes.

uh.......

hmm....

I can dislocate my thumb and bend it behind my first knuckle.......

I don't really think I have any talents :(

I can do that too. I can also roll my tongue, but i can roll it in 3 instead of 1 'tube' (next to each other, when you look at it from the front it somewhat looks like: uUu). I also could tie a knot in a cherry stem, but I think I couldn't do it now, I need some training.

Other than that I'm pretty smart, but i compensate that with my laziness.

pfff, I feel mediocre now.

lol... its kinda annoying (i don't have anything like ADHD though) - i had to get rid of lamp after lamp in my room because they were "too loud", and i get so easily distracted its not funny. its really bad for me to sit facing the window in a restaurant, as i won't pay attention to my (lovely, gorgeous) girlfriend, instead being distracted by all the movement going on behind her :(
in exam halls back at school, i had a real hard time concentrating on the exam largely because i could hear the pen scratching of all the people around me, their breathing, little coughs, rustling of their clothes or paper as they moved.... grrr...

i am distracto-man! :D

is that really a symptom of adhd? because i also hear stuff that doesn't bother other people. like the high noises televisions make, or the sound my laptop screen makes when i scroll down and stuff. lately I'm finding it also very difficult to stay focused on something that doesn't interest me, like school lately, but I can follow a movie I want to see. I don't think I'm very hyperactive though, maybe sometimes, but mostly I'm just lazy or tired.

yeah, it is a condition of adhd, but it's different than just "i'm getting bored now"

it's a constant struggle to try and focus in on things, no matter what they are and no matter how interested you are in them. And the harder you try to focus, the more distracted you get because all your attention is focused on trying to pay attention, and then you lose track of what you're supposed to be paying attention to because you're too busy trying to pay attention.

it makes me dizzzy sometimes lol

The better solution is to take it apart and reassemble it in the correct pattern. If you take the stickers off, eventually they won't stick to the cube anymore.

Not that uh, I've done that before.

oh that sucks. Maybe I'm just very easily bored ;). I should really find a way to start paying attention to my studies again though. I estimate that half the time I spend 'studying' goes to thinking about other stuff (it doesn't matter about what, it can be anything).
It's probably because I had to redo 2 exams which I didn't do good the first time because they bored me and stuff. Meh, I'll probably fail tomorrow too.

biochemistry and molecular biology / genetics. It's all quite interesting the first time you hear it ("wow, stuff works THAT way") but after that it just boils down to learning enzymes by heart. And i had to redo both exams because I had a 3/20 for biochemistry (ok, I just didn't learn it good) but I had a 9/20 for the other one, which sucks. It also causes me to underestimate it and stuff. Anyway, I'm happy that it will be all over tomorrow (until I have to redo them again of course ).

I would have given you some study tips, that work really well for me, but they're really only specifically oriented to certian subjects, I don't know enough about biology or biochemistry to be able to successfully convert the tips into something that would be useful to you

However, if you're ever studying history or governments or philosophy (etc), I can help! lol

actually that are the other things I wanted to study, but i chose medicine. Maybe I should stop and start studying history, because that always was my first choice (until i started considering what I could actually do with the studies). but history probably also has some very uninteresting classes.

well yeah, a friend of mine also does history and he has to talk about the colors of a black and white copy of a painting on his exams, stuff like that would really get on my nerves. And learning archeological sites by heart doesn't really sound very attractive either.

i mean, i do appreciate the meaning behind paintings and such, and it is kinda cool to see some of the parallels depicted about the paintings and their time periods, but it gets kinda ridiculous with some of the stuff they try and teach as fact instead of "possibly"
