Who is your role model?

Sumamba Buwhan

Who do you look up to? Who inspires you to be who you are?

Is it a rapper/rocker who gets all the bitches and bling?

Is it a scientist who is trying to save the world with some new kind of fuel?

Is it your parents who work their asses off at two jobs just to feed you?

It doesn't mean that you can't. I'm sure you could easily arrange such a fate - I ate my first "Subway" sandwich the other week, and those are most certainly lethal.

Was that bit about his escape accurate? (I mean distracting the judge with a note before jumping out a window and riding a motorcycle to safety).
That just sounds to cool to be true.

Yes. I highly recommend his book (Fric Frac: the great riviera bank robbery).

Heres part of a TV documentary about it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F4vdiRFRnm8&mode=related&search=

Not sure. Probably the Phantom of the Opera. I love it when I randomly sneak up on people unintentionally. One moment my friend saw me upstairs from downstairs all the way across the school, and the next thing he knew I was standing right behind him. He turned around and jumped when he saw me. That was so fun and I didn't even mean to do that, though I've done the same thing before to other people.

Brian Setzer, for his guitar prowess. (Also may be god.)

David Lister, because he and his views are cool.

And Various aspects of both my parents, though I don't think the whole pakage of either.

Other honorable mentions go out to Scott Burstein, my former band teacher, and Bob Azadi, my former autoshop teacher, who had HUGE impacts on my life.

Friedrich Nietzche, becasue he invented the philsophical concept of the Superman way before the man of steel came out in comic book, and because he hated the bourgesie in so many better ways than Karl Marx. I do aspire, however, like Karl Marx.

My parents, who were so perfect that they created exactly me:p

My ninth grade English teacher Mr. Stitts (who is also the father of the 2004 olympic gold medalist swimmer Staciana Stitts) becasue he was the first to intrigue me into creative writing and told excelent life stories.

My older brother, because he tells me all the help things about high school, e.g. beer before liquor, never been sicker; liquor before beer, you're in the clear. Not that I drink alcohol but things like that really come in handy.

Any good musician, writer, or athlete is a role model to me in terms of how to perform music, write, or play a sport (genres or sports that I am interested in) but not so much in other things like moral character or hygene:rolleyes:

Nobody really. I just admire different aspects of different people.

If I had to choose one person, I'd say possibly Bob Brown, (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bob_Brown) the leader of the Green Party in Australia. I'm not really the biggest supporter of theirs but he is a genuinely decent and intelligent guy.

Howard Hughes Jr. A millionaire who was passionate about aviation, so passionate that he loss millions of dollars into every aircraft he built as well as TWA. His social and private life was a mess with divorces, the federal government investigating him etc. I love his passion for aviation though, and I always try to match that with my own passion for aviation. I just wish I had his charm and charisma so I can go out with a different woman every night lol.

It's sad about his downfall though, his O.C.D., Misophobia, Syphilis, as well as his addiction to morphine. It's sad to see such a great man fall so horribly. At least he died on an airplane when they tried to get him to a hospital.

I look up to the following as role models: Larry Kramer, Malcolm X (before he went all soft-serve peacenik), Optimus Prime and Jesus (whome I admire as a human teacher but do no worship as divine progeny). I realise that there may appear to be some conflict, what with Malcolm X being all "less QQ, more pewpew" and Jesus being all "turn the other cheek, forgive, etc"... I'm fairweather noble. When things are going well I'm all for compassion, but when my back is against the wall I say fight like a mongoose. Kind of "mercy as a luxury item," I suppose, and when threatened one sometimes can't afford the luxury.
