What places do you find are constantly surreal, places that just don't seem to fit into the 'normal' world on a regular basis? In effect, an alternate dimension from the rest of the world. Basically a place that makes you feel schizophrenic.

I can think of two places for me: this public garden/giftshop called The Umbrella Factory, and anywhere my Agriculture class happens to be :D

Myanmar. I never was there, but I informed myself about the nation. it seems pretty surreal to me.

I used to feel something like that when I hung out in second-hand book stores after school.

I tried measuring some alternate dimensions, now I can't find the tape measure.

Let this be a lesson to carpenters: Stick to length, width, and height. You try to get something's yumpth and you open up a can of worms. It's just not worth it.
