Favorite Video/Computer game character?

Who would be your favorite Video/Computer game character? I actually have two that I like. The first one would be Cryptos, from Matrix Online. He's the leader of the group Cypherities who's main purpose is pretty much keep everyone in their pod and to keep the 1% of awakenings in check. They're also to spy on Zion and EPN (a group that's the exact opposite of Cypherities.) He sounds like he's from Jamaica when he talks, and he looks like it too. It was over the Summer that it was revealed that Cryptos was a Zion operative that the machines have overwritten with their own program. He still leads the Cypherites but he is now a mesh of human and program.
Here is a link (http://thematrixonline.station.sony.com/movie.vm?url=http://thematrixonline.station.sony.com/images/movies/cinematics/3.2_high.wmv) to the video showing Cryptos spreading his message in the boxs that he has spread out over MegaCity.
The other character is Veil, she is also a leader of the Cypherite organization and she is much more brutal than Cryptos. She started her redpill life as Toorima, a Zionist operative. However she killed her crewmates while they were jacked in and was sent to jail. However when the masked men (who later became the Cypherites) broke her out of jail, she changed her name and appearance to Veil.

Toorima

Veil
She is a deadly assassin who has a speech pattern of an old grandmother, using words like Dears and honey, etc. She has no qualms using torture on captured operatives and will be more than happy to pull the jack out of anyone who is currently jacked into the Matrix. She is def. someone you don't want to mess with in combat.
Now it's your turn! :)

Walton Simons: "You take another step forward and here I am again, like your own reflection in a hall of mirrors."
JC Denton: "That makes me one ugly son of a bitch."
Hands down, my favorite computer game character is Nachshon, from EVE Online (http://www.eve-online.com). Originally from the supercapitalistic Caldari State, he has joined the Minmatar freedom fighters. His missile skills are truly incredible, and he has no fear (probably because if he dies, he has a clone).
If you're wondering, yes, Nachshon is my character.
Of characters I DIDN'T create - Master Chief.

(I was going to answer J.C. Denton myself, but then I got to thinking about the entire game and realized I couldn't just pick one character. So I answer Deus Ex in general. Morpheus actually gave me goosebumps: "You will have your god, and you will make it with your own hands." Helios places a very close second.)

kane from the red alert series.
Let's see. Mario is classic and is THE most famous video game icon. Your average nongamer might think Master Chief is a character in Battleship (Master Chief IS a naval rank) and might think cloud is some dude in a game about whether and that Halo is a religious game, but everyone knows who Mario is. Everyone except maybe the arabs. They have enough problems in the Middle East to keep them occupied, what with Isreal, Iraq, various Islamofascist terroist groups trying to make Islam THE law, and various governments where Islam already is the law. Yeah, that area is fucked up. Too fucked up to be all Bush's and Isreal's fault, contrary to popular opinion. Yeah, the problems arose before Bush, before any man or woman had bushy hair growing out of various body regions, most specifically the arm pits, ass, and in mens' case, the "family jewels".
Samus kicks ass. You'd be surprised how many idiots think Lara Croft was the first heroine. Samus is female and she's been kicking ass since 1986 or 1987, depending on region. You could probably describe Samus as a walking tank, what with her full-body space armor and an arm cannon that fires various lethal beam weaponry and missiles.
But my favorite is Fox from the Star Fox series. Used to be Krystal from Star Fox, but now it's Fox. Fox rules.

Mega Man. He shoots robots with his gun arm thingy and wears his underwear on the outside.
Ive always been partial to Zeatul and Tassadar myself. Other than them two my favorite would have to be Sir Squishill Muffins. He is a stuffed monkey that pwns all.
Really he is a stuffed animal I ALWAYS have with me while I play any RTS game.

To stop saying the same thing in every one of these threads, I'll put in a vote for Half-jaw of Halo.

kane from the red alert series.
Kane only popped up very briefly in Red Alert, he's generally associated with the original Command & Conquer and its sequels.
Anyway, the best character is clearly SHODAN.

Squall Leonhart.
Squally, really? He is actually the most insufferable character in all of the FF series, IMO. I had to stop playing the game simply because I couldn't stand his angsty shit any longer. I hate him more than Tidus, Yuna, and Cait Sith combined.
too many to list.
Laura Croft... naturally.

The guy from Full Throttle.
Gunther Herman. He wanted a skullgun. And that jerk that stocks the vending machine knows that lemon-lime is his favourite soda.
Favorite characters to appear in a series:
Revolver Ocelot (Metal Gear Solid Series)
Sarah Kerrigan (Starcraft Series)
Ganondorf (Legend of Zelda Series)
Jim Raynor (Starcraft Series)
Samus Aran (Metroid Series)
Toad(s) (Mario Series)
Sergeant Johnson (Halo Series)
G-Man (Half-Life Series)
Favorite characters to appear in a single game:
Midna (Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess)
Auron (Final Fantasy X)
Rikku (Final Fantasy X)
Psycho Mantis (Metal Gear Solid/MGS: The Twin Snakes)
Gray Fox (Metal Gear Solid/MGS: The Twin Snakes)
The Boss (Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater)
END NOTE: I don't know why so many people like that whiney little bitch, Sephiroth.

Most of Deus Ex characters were unusually well done for a computer game.
JC Denton and Morpheus first of all, but, really, can't remember a character there who wasn't cool and believable.

Congratulations on not choosing anyone that wouldn't be chosen by millions of people. You just forgot Cloud and Sephiroth!
As for me, I don't have a specific favorite, but I do have a group of favorites.
Amongst that group is:
J.C. Denton
Lucca Ashtear
Kid Zeal
Kairi (From Kingdom Hearts)
Revolver Ocelot
The Boss
And I can't think of anyone else on that list at the moment, but I know there are others and it will grow.

But his complaints are priceless:
"are you a professional moron or just a gifted amateur?"
"did you steal your driving licence?"
