On DVD, I own it... both seasons of the original 1980's He-Man cartoon. I am still unsure as to whether or not I am proud of myself for finding it or ashamed that I actually own it?

Anyway... do you own anything that makes you wonder why you ever bought it or how you quite feel about it? If so lets hear about them!

Well.. mostly just plain dumb luck. People go hey, thats a region I think I'll go too... and then there are the nations that just migrate about for some strange reason.

Skeletor was the single most incompetent villain in the history of villainy.

I mean, heck, I watched the show when I was five years old, and even then I was always thinking to myself "You're doing it wrong! This is a stupid plan, it's not gonna work!".

Seriously. A five year old kid could do better at conquering the universe.

...

God I loved that show.

And his famous line, "I'm sorry [minion] but I have to look out for myself!"

I'm sorry? WHat kind of bad guy says I'm sorry?
Cannot think of a name

That's just because the cartoons were He Man propaganda meant to discredit and demonize Skeletor. In reality Skeletor was just political opposition in Eternia who wanted to restore the environment (look at his cabinet-Beastman, Merman...he lives in the swamp restoring the ecosystem) and build infra-structure. What does Prince Adam spend the realms coin on? Dragonwalkers. Sure, that gets 'He Man' across chasms, but how does it help the average Eternia farmer get his crop to market?

Really, Prince Adam is just a puppet of the Sorceress, Skeletor wants to return control of Eternia to the people. So Prince Adam feeds you a load a crap about Skeletor being this 'incompetent villain' while Prince Adam comes off as some sort of 'he man,' even calling himself that because it's so hard to buy he has to lay it on thick.

It's all a conspiracy, man. Skeletor for a Better Eternia!!! Build Bridges, Not Dragon Walkers!!!

Exactly. My point is made.
