My apologies for the misleading title... Hypothetically, if I were trying to run a set up program for adobe photoshop (the file format is .iso) would anyone be able to help? :)

Mount with daemon tools, or burn to disk

A .iso file is an image of cdrom. I'm guessing you are using Windows, so I can't help you much, so follow the suggestion above. However, if you can mount the image file, don't burn it and waste a cd. Just mount it, and run the setup.exe (or whatever) from virtual drive.
